Every effort makes a difference.
There are many ways to get involved in B4H. By donating a bike, you are giving mobility to a person in need. However, all the donated bikes need a way to get to Africa as well. It costs money to transport them from our facility across the ocean, so donations of any size are extremely helpful.
Each year 10,000,000 bikes get thrown in landfills. It’s our goal to get as many of those as we can, even if it is a fraction of the number, into the hands of Africans in need. Currently, B4H ships 25,000 bikes each year to Africa and is the largest organization to do so. Our goal as a chapter is to collect at least 500. Please help us reach that goal, and hopefully surpass it.
If you have a bike to donate, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you directions on how to proceed. Currently, our only drop off spot is located at 605 Concord Road in Sudbury, MA.
Again, it is an expensive process to transport these bikes, and any help is welcome. Click the button to the right to donate to the B4H and help make this happen.
